User Responsibilities

Advertisements

Some of our apps display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Where available, you may purchase an in-app upgrade to remove advertisements. Ad-related data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the platform's store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms of service. Refund requests should be directed to the relevant store.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and other materials in our apps are owned by Naicol Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our apps.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue any App at any time without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
